Family yoga is a wonderful way to connect with your loved ones. In these workshops you will have the opportunity to stretch, play and relax in a friendly and welcoming environment. No experience of yoga is necessary, the emphasis is on FUN and CONNECTION with your family. Each workshop usually consists of a craft, a yoga adventure, a snack and a relaxation.

"Thank you so much for an absolutely fabulous Family Yoga Workshop. It was wonderful to have so much time to connect, laugh and play together. My 3 year old especially loved building snowmen with our bodies and making soup. Julia, you provided a lovely calm, gentle and welcoming space as always. Can't for the next one!" Lindsay
Julia created a beautiful environment for us to feel comfortable in. Really enjoyed sharing the class with my 8 and 9 year old. Very supportive and inclusive of our autistic needs too. Thank you for a lovely time xx Debbie
"I loved the craft activity we did on arrival; it meant everyone was occupied whilst waiting for the session to start and created a mindful, calm atmosphere. Julia is so welcoming and friendly but at the same time respectful of different personality types, so if you're a more shy person you can quietly join in. If you are hesitant to give new things a go, I'd really recommend this. It's the opposite of intimidating. The actual yoga session was beautiful. The children's imaginations were used during story telling and the yoga poses very cleverly incorporated into tales. I especially loved the relaxation at the end, a beautiful calm time to share with my children...it's rare to be still and connect in that way in our busy lives. Thank you Little Earthlings." Kelly
"It's peaceful and makes me feel relaxed" Oliver (10)
" Brilliant!!" Alfie (3) (note from mum: I wish I could convey the cute smile and expression in his face as he said that, clearly remembering the class and meaning that!)
